How it Started
For 52 weeks I did a long Zen Buddhist meditation, a weekly meditation, drawing and haiku to practice both quietness and haiku (and to offset all the work I’ve been doing in the technology-sphere).
How to Begin
Here are links to the full set. You can join in anywhere along the list or you can start at the beginning at any time. Don’t worry about missing a week or two sequentially. Just keep going. You can also keep a journal of your own, with daily happenings, your drawings, haiku and responses to the meditations.
